Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Élanè products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools cannot be returned once opened (unless defective).

How to Return

  1. Email our support team at support@elane.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault.
