- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Élanè products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools cannot be returned once opened (unless defective).
How to Return
- Email our support team at support@elane.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault.
